“What you are looking for is who is looking.” – St. Francis of Assisi

Zest, curiosity, LOVE, creativity, gratitude.

Those are my top five “values in action” according to the VIA Institute on Character. If you go to the site you can take your own free survey; it’s 120 questions and takes about 15 minutes. They rank where you stand on 24 different character strengths. It’s quick and pretty interesting. #knowthyself #doYOU

Today’s Daily Affirmation: I am grateful for this life. I value myself. I value those around me. I have many strengths. Today I will use those strengths. I am inspiring. I am a leader. I am alive and activated. I am connected to everyone. I serve others. I am love.
